What information do you use?

Again, how do you find information that is useful to your business?

“Colleges Mine Job Listings To Parse Employers’ Needs,” The Wall Street Journal, April 4, 2016, A2.  The title tells it all: rather than relying on how employers label a job search., what skills are they really looking for (and what do colleges need to prepare the students for)?

How do you find indirectly what you can’t find directly?
