What do you do when you’re at the bottom of a hole? Stop digging.

What do you do when five of your units repeatedly report “bad” outcomes or perform poorly in inspections? Well, apparently you “pause” the reporting and inspection program, so your results don’t look bad. And don’t fill the open job of the person who does the analytics.
