What does your company’s culture have to do with information governance? Ask GM.

Compliance professionals have long recognized the impact of culture on the level of legal compliance within a company. So when managers operating in isolation failed to make the connection between incident data and ignition switches, senior management didn’t learn of the problem. Assuming that’s true, what does that tell us about the role of culture in information governance? Do people share? If not, why not?
