Absolutely no chatting

What do you do if your teenager ignores the rules about curfew, sexting, or talking on the phone?  You could, I guess, take away their phone privileges.

If you can’t control it, ban it.

“Banks Weigh Barring Chats,” Wall Street Journal, November 11, 2013 C1 http://on.wsj.com/1eFqK1S  Various banks consider prohibiting traders from using computer chat rooms.  And perhaps others technologies as well.  It took a number of well-publicized scandals and billions of dollars in fines.
