Whom do you trust?

In the run-up to an IPO, which of the multiple voices do you trust?  Why or why not?

Repeating a point from an earlier post, when is an opinion “information”? When you rely on it? Or do differing opinions indicate uncertainty in the marketplace, which is itself “opinion”?
