European privacy case v Google

“Google Is Sued in European Privacy Case,” Wall Street Journal, September 5, 2013 B3

Plaintiff wants Google to search and destroy links to video of his sexcapades, as well as thumbnails.

Interesting reference to the European right to be forgotten.  Suits in both France and Germany.

Once a secret is disclosed, or the privileged waived, or the bell rung, can you restore the protections? Pesky little video cameras.
